Thank you for shopping small and supporting a woman owned business! I am a one-woman shop and your support means more than you could possibly know. If you have any questions or would like to inquire about a custom order, please feel free to reach out to info@bjorkdesignco.com. Just because you don’t see it here, doesn’t mean we can’t dream it up together!
Payment
Payment for online purchases is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, or Apple Pay are accepted. Custom orders will be billed via invoice.
Coupons/Promotions
Coupon codes can only be used for online shop orders at bjorkdesignco.com. Coupons and sales do not apply to custom artwork, designs or products. Bjork Design Co. reserves the right to discontinue or modify coupons, sales and offers at any time. While supplies last. Any discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied to previous orders. One coupon per order.
Shipping + Handling
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
All items are hand packed and shipped with care. Unless otherwise noted, please allow up to 1 week for products to ship. However, most products ship within 24-48 hours.
Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail and 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail within the US. Please note that shipping times have recently increased and Bjork Design Co. cannot guarantee an arrival date, especially during the holidays. International shipping is not available at this time. For any international orders, customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.
Return Policy
I want to make sure you absolutely love your purchase! If any issues arise, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@bjorkdesignco.com so that I can resolve the issue. Please note that used, opened and/or sale items cannot be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Bjork Design Co. reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. This includes orders, that in my judgment appears to be placed by resellers or distributors. I am a one woman shop and pay really close attention to item inventory, but if for any reason any items you purchase are out of stock, I will contact you about a possible replacement, refund or timeline of when the item will be back in stock! Bjork Design Co. also reserves the right to decline any custom order for any reason, including availability of the designer.
Modifications to Pricing & Services
All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Bjork Design Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
Letterpress/Color Disclaimer
Letterpress artwork is hand printed and will have some variation from print to print both in color and in ink coverage. This is to be expected, is part of the character of letterpress printing and should not be considered a printing defect. For any printed artwork, there may be some variation in color from what appears on screen due to monitor calibration. If you require a very specific color, please reach out! Color matching is available for custom services if a physical swatch or Pantone color is provided.

Bjork Design Co. owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Bjork Design Co., LLC and may be used in the reasonable course of Bjork Design Co.’s business.
Photographs may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without express permission from the photographer.

Journal Donations
Thank you so much for your support. Journals are currently being donated to Beautiful You by Profile, a nonprofit in Grand Rapids, MI that helps women and girls undergoing cancer treatment. I may also find other ways to donate journals to those affected by cancer as I see fit. I will be tracking the number of journals donated on the about me page. Please note, this number may take up to 2 months to update after a donation is made, as sometimes journals will be donated in batches for things like chemo bags or bundles for patients who are newly diagnosed. I will be keeping close track of everything as I want to donate as many journals as possible! Please note, this program is subject to change and evolve over time.
